Nana Mac Meadows can accommodate up to 350 guests with the use of outdoor space. Inside, we can comfortably accommodate 325 depending on the amount of vendors and items such as balloon arches, dance floors, etc. that you have.
Of course! We offer tours by appointment only. When booking your appointment please allow 1-1 1/2 hours to see everything and ask any questions you may have. We also offer Open Houses throughout the year so keep an eye on our social media pages for those opportunities.
Yes! When you book with us we include mahogany Chiavari chairs, farmhouse benches, 60" round tables, 8 ft. farmhouse tables, round cocktail tables, wooden bistro tables, 3 ft. black rectangular tables, and black 48" round tables. If you choose to use our furniture, we will set up and take down all of it at no extra cost to you. Please see our inventory list for an extensive list of everything we have to offer.
We love decorations!! However, we do not allow staples, nails. screws, or duct tape on walls or floors. If you need to hang things, we recommend 3M Command Hooks.
Yes. We ask that all clients present proof of insurance 30 days before your event.
Yes! We love our four-legged friends! However, your pet must remain on a leash and cannot be left alone. It is the clients responsibility to clean up after their pet. If a staff member finds any leftover remnants the day after your event, a disposal fee of $250 will be charged to the card on file or will be deducted from your damage deposit.
