The Magnolia Manor has accommodations of up to 375+ guests with cocktail style events or approximately 325 with a dance floor - use of the porches and multiple outdoor spaces enhance flexibility of guest seating. Keep in mind that the more vendors you add (balloon arches, additional food and sweets tables, bounce houses, photo booths, DJ setups/productions, etc) will decrease the floor space you have for guests.

Nana's House - Bridal Suite
Enjoy the comfort of having 2,200 sq ft to spread out in as you prepare for your big day. Nana's House features a luxurious all-inclusive Bridal Suite that has a full kitchen to ensure caterers (or mom or aunt Susie) can bring in food to keep you well fed; a stunning great room that boasts amazing photo opportunities; a private bridal space for the wedding party to privately get ready in; an oversized bridal closet for the the girls to organize their clothes, shoes, and personal belongings in; and so on. A full salon experience with salon chairs, lots of vanity space, lots of mirrors....big and small, and plenty of natural lighting is available.
An outdoor deck is the perfect place to step outside for those who want a breath of fresh air as you sit and look at the mountain.
Nana's House - Grooms Quarters
Within the Grooms Quarters, you will find a 2,200 sq ft space featuring a bar; kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and plenty of space to have a caterer spread food out in, or perhaps an aunt or mom wants to bring a meal; lots of oversized furniture is available to provide the ultimate in comfort for the guys to sit on. You will find a big screen TV with an Xbox, and a card table complete with cards and poker chips.
A gorgeous patio is just outside the space, which features lots of outdoor cushioned furniture, and a fireplace for those who may want to sit by the fire.
